A People Willing to Suffer for Jesus

We will be considering the sixth church of the seven churches on a special mail route in Asia Minor from Revelation chapter 2. The Smyrna church, “A people that willing suffered for Jesus” was one of the two out of the seven churches that Jesus had only positive things to say to them. We will see that Jesus encourages them by telling them He knows of their suffering, poverty and that they are being slandered and He is with them during this difficult time. Jesus also tells them they will gain victory over Satan through this suffering.
